Coach Danielle Johnston is a Brooklyn, NY native with a bit of California swag. She retired from the NYC Fire Department in 2015, where she worked for 12 years as a firefighter. Throughout her career she worked with the elite Health & Fitness Unit as an ACE Peer Fitness Trainer coaching new recruits at the Fire Academy and working to maintain the physical standards of the FDNY. As a lifelong athlete, she exemplifies and truly believes that anything is possible with the right balance of knowledge, motivation & commitment.

Danielle is a fitness advocate and dedicates her life's work to health and wellness in a variety of facets. She strives to empower people to reach their goals and find their own recipe for health & happiness. As a certified Holistic RN, Danielle integrates that scientific framework and perspective of inter-connectedness to dynamically train your body, mind & spirit.

I Burn for Wings, Wine, Cupcakes, and feeling good everyday.

Favorite OTF exercise is the Ground to Press.

WHAT'S YOUR GUILTY PLEASURE?
Going to the Barbershop and after a haircut having Caribbean Oxtail with Rice and Peas. And Maybe leaving with a new pair of sneakers.

 
 
Coach Moe is from Jersey City, N.J. and has been an athlete all his life. His first encounter with the health and fitness industry was in 2001 and has been changing lives ever since. Throughout his career, as a certified NASM Personal Trainer and Masters in Kinesiology, he's worked with athletes, senior citizens, young athletes and of course the general population.
Coach Mo believes that shock is what makes the body change. His motto is "If you continue to do the things you've been doing, you'll continue to get the same results." Coach Mo enjoys meeting new people and empowering them with the tools to change their lives.
